Horseback Riding Lessons for Beginners
Dreaming of learning to ride and looking for a safe, personalized introduction? At our stable in Zurich, you’ve come to the right place. We’ll guide you every step of the way—from your first encounter with a horse to your first ride in the countryside. No pressure, just plenty of patience, experience, and a passion for horses.
Your horse riding adventure begins here
When learning to horseback ride, you’re actively involved right from the start—after just a short time, you’ll be in the saddle, guided on the longe by our riding instructor. You’ll get to know the horse, understand its behavior, and build trust. Everything else follows from there.
Here’s how we guide you:
- You’ll learn the basics of working with horses (e.g., grooming, leading, saddling)
- You’ll understand the most important aspects of horse care
- You’ll gain your first experience in the saddle
- You’ll develop balance, posture, and a feel for the horse’s movement
- You’ll learn to control your horse safely
«I liked it a lot there, the riding instructors were really nice and had a lot of patience. All horses are sweethearts and I would definitely recommend going there!»
